Chuck Ingram is the Chief Executive Officer of CongruentX. A company that helps companies achieve real business outcomes with Dynamics 365 & the Power Platform. He worked as Innovation Lead for North America for the Digital Sales and Service practice at Avanade. He started working with Microsoft CRM in its earliest days at Microsoft, where he worked for 9 years. Chuck had a chance to work with many of the strategic projects as the new product developed into an actual enterprise-ready RM solution.
